ok well my parents accidently changed the name on title due to insurance cost and didnt know . What will happened now? I know you cannot erase or change the name thats why i ask

Not quite sure how your parents managed that without a transfer of ownership. Also how did they not know they changed the name?

In any case you can inform penndot asap and apply for a corrected certificate of title.
