Mz AriellEK9's History
Started off with a 2000 hatch shell
http://hphotos-snc3.fbcdn.net/hs496...._1987880_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._5198664_n.jpg Bought this and put it in (98-01 ITR from H-motors) http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._3256772_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._4070556_n.jpg Also bought some wheels (rotas are terrible I know) and dark housings, magnaflow exhaust, blox gold lcas, whale penis, b16 trans type r final drive, cf hood, cf duckbill, hids, front lip, green stripe delsol seats, fogs, ect http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._2510324_n.jpg Then purchased an 06 honda pilot ex-l http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._6434577_n.jpg Added tint, system, tow package, and took off the ugly altezza looking tails and got 05' tails that were all red. Took the motor out of the yellow shell and traded it stock for a 2000 coupe. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._3376318_n.jpg added the cf hood from the hatch, wheels, new grill, new fogs, and hids. Traded that for a 1996 hatch. gave him the wheels and kept my hood. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._5835637_n.jpg swapped out the single and put in the r and it didnt run right because the shell had wiring problems. So I sold the shell. Took the pilot to south carolina, rented a dolly, and towed home this 1996 shell. It was painted white but looked like crap so I started sanding and added a 2000 front. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._1774079_n.jpg Then spray painted. http://c4.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...3560bd2d47.jpg http://c1.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...f07563f8a4.jpg http://c4.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...4c02d7aceb.jpg added the 00 tails as well, apexi n1 turbo exhaust, side skirts, cf hood, bottle caps, cut the prelude springs (which rode surprisingly smooth, and the r. http://c1.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...4d0774d878.jpg http://c2.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...0a59c861c1.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._5349320_n.jpg Sold the car as a whole =( Bought this http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-...7_995130_n.jpg Sold it. Then bought a 94 integra with 01 front and tails.Which is my current http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._5325170_n.jpg http://hphotos-snc3.fbcdn.net/hs480...._1107195_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._7124416_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._4273898_n.jpg My future mod list for this car: -Peakboost Turbo Kit -Tokico suspension -16' Diamond Racing Wheels powder coated white with a purple anodized lip -Apexi N1 purple piping exhaust -ASR rear sway bar -Blox purple lcas -Beaks purple lower tie bar -Oem cf hood -94 front back on -05 si front seats -Mugen shift knob -Skunk2 camber kit -Gsr trans -ASR brace I would also like to build an awd all motor ef hatch People have talked **** to me on everything from me painting my hatch flat black, to switching out the type r a few times. I've heard it all. Honestly, if you sell a type r with extremely low miles after only having it in one car for a few months you are on some good drugs. Just yesterday the piping finally snapped on the integra as I was leaving a family bbq so I drove the car home exhaust dragging then got home and kicked it off. Now I'm waiting on my catback to come in the mail. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-...6_999157_n.jpg |
Okay. I have to ask, but why did you feel the need to trade the EK hatch for a coupe, and then trade that for a different hatch? And then trade THAT for ANOTHER hatch? And then sell THAT for a ****ing TRUCK? And then the TRUCK for an Integra?
If I were you, this entire thread would've just been a build of that yellow original EK hatch instead of all the other stupid ****. Just my opinion. You went through a lot of BS for no reason. Do you have ADD by any chance? I'm not hating, I just see a lot of unnecessary wrenchwork and headaches involved in all this trading and motor swapping that could've and should've been avoided. |
I tire of cars quickly.
The yellow hatch had a ****ed up underbody where the lcas connected. Looked like someone ran over a curb a few times. I didn't like the coupe whatsoever that was a winter beater. The other hatch was crap and the flat black one was okay I just wanted a change. I got the truck bc it was about to be winter and I needed 4wd. Sold the truck in spring bc I needed something that ate less gas and I missed my 5 speed. |
The Teggy looks clean, except for the exhaust...that just...decided to...fall off basically lol
Good luck with her. I expect you to sell it within a year if the pattern continues :P |
Thanks :-)
I think I'll keep this one until I'm finished with it. Then I'm definitely trading for a dap or selling and buying a stock one and building that. I will keep that forever if I ever found one clean enough. |
Same thing happened to my exhaust when I had my Integra. I couldn't afford a catback at the time, so I had them fix the stock one...
|
This thing is unfixable.
It's so rusted and shot. For now Im just going to get the obx catback as a temp fix them buy something else after I do the suspension. |
Mine was beyond fixable too. Then about 2 months later when I was going to buy an exhaust...I got into an accident with it. Airbags deployed...end of that one...
|
What did you get after that?
|
A crappy Ford Ranger... I'm looking to get another sometime in the next couple months or so.
|
i think it's time to do an exhaust like mine buddy!!!!!! lol
