i have some gas rc cars how do u have to set them up to drift like that

if their AWD all you do is buy some 2" abs pipe from homedepot or PVC.. but ABS is alot grippy and is alot easier to drift with

It's a ton harder to drift a nitro car than an electric, very rarely do you see a nitro drifter. It can be done, but you need a low gearing and hard tires, or the PVC pipe tires.
