Peeling out and revving up
 

so my friend was driving me home from school. and he puts his car in neutral revs it then switches it to drive and peels out. is this ticketable (<-- like that word) and also if your at a light and start revving it up is that ticket too. thanx

Yea that is definately ticketable. To prove my point, tell him to rev it and peel out infront of a police officer. They may write you either careless or reckless driving. I know I would write him for doing that. Its annoying, and there is a time and a place for that.
