Product Release Assistant

The Product Release Assistant is responsible for assisting the marketing team in efficiently releasing new products to our customers. The Product Release Assistant will assist with compiling product release plans, track, document, and follow up on tasks outlined in release plan, compile specified product release data, enter and maintain data into the Product Information Management (PIM) system for new new products, assist with meeting coordination and follow up, provide proofreading and general marketing department assistance.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, 1-2 years of project management and marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, proofreading experience, and high attention to detail as well as the ability to keep others on task to meet tight deadlines.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will assist with all functions of retail customer service. The Customer Service Representative will answer general inquiries via chat, phone or email, provide technical assistance via same media for customers, and website order verifications, monitor customer service Forums and manage the corporate eBay account and listings.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years’ call center Customer Service experience, 1-3 years’ experience in the Auto industry, a strong knowledge of the automotive industry and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

Video Host and Automotive Writer

The Video Host and Automotive Writer coordinates, manages, and is the on-screen talent for all product related promotional videos and installation videos.
The ideal candidate will be a technical automotive expert with minimum 3 years’ experience installing OEM and Aftermarket automotive parts, particularly items such as radiators, air intakes, and exhausts; Well-spoken and good in front of a camera / video camera (Modeling or acting experience a plus but not required); and be available to work full-time during normal business hours of 9:30-6pm, and occasional ‘flex hours’ as needed for video scheduling purposes, in New Castle, DE. A ‘working interview’ as well as prior work samples will be required as part of the standard interview process.
