Black SRT-4 Pulled over by West Chester University....

I was working getting gas in the cars for Infiniti, and saw the cop pull they guy over. said he was going back to work or something. Just wondering if anyone knew who it was. Car had big 5 spoke wheels "18"looked projector headlights, dark tint, exhaust, big FMIC. Just to help out
