i just said iw anted a stock one. i dont want to buy someone elses project. that purple one is pretty ugly.

Silverfc88 07-13-2005 03:47 PM

^Like he said he's looking for a stock one. I hate those damn doors.

If I had the cash I would get one also, but I still want a 3rd gen RX7.

Have you checked car-nu supercars, I have heard some bad stuff about them but I have seen 6 speeds there for 25 and below..

(When I say bad stuff, its just one persons troubles with them, but it might just be him.)

[edit] beat me to it

272sWrx 07-13-2005 03:49 PM

yeah car nu is a bit shady. every time im at atco their running the cars they have on the lot.

Silverfc88 07-13-2005 03:51 PM

Haha, now that I think about I think I did see the same green one with the stock chrome wheels at the track sometime last year.

S4toSTI 07-13-2005 04:13 PM

People think these supra's are made out of gold anyway i think that one looks very nice and cleanand for a supra pretty low mileage.

But if it was me i would have a 3g rx7 too.

97TSi 07-13-2005 04:26 PM

If you have the money, then go for it. Otherwise, you could probably find a better deal. You can find good condition, stock supras w/comparable mileage for ~$25k. Have you been looking on SupraForums at all?

And don't go to Car-Nu. All those guys are so ****ing shady.

A dealership has 3 third gen RX-7s on their lot for $12,950.
 However they have 200,000 on their odometer. :thumbdow:

Silverfc88 07-13-2005 04:46 PM

^ If that is on the original motor than thats an accomplishment. Thats way to much for that thing.

Sorry for being off topic but where does car-nu get there cars from?

Good luck on your search for a Supra.

Thats definately a pretty clean peice. Figure it was only driven on average about 5k miles a year. It's still a lot of coin but for the price I'd rather drive that than a new used M3. Call me silly.
