hah well its boring to sit behind a desk for 8 hours doing almost nothing. Esp when you're impatiently waiting to start classes.

how long you been in?

i did 8 years, got out as FC2(SW/AW)

1.5 years of school, 5 years on a carrier, 1.5 in japan as base security.

Active Duty started Sept 23rd when I got to boot camp. LOL so not so long.

plan on staying in for 4 years to get my trade, and get out if I can find a job. Re-enlist otherwise.

well, like it was recomended to me, i recomend to you. do at least 1 shore duty, and 1 sea duty, before making up your mind.

also, save up your money before you get out if you plan on going to college and using the post 9/11 GI bill. takes the VA forever to get the money to you and your college. but when it does, it's so nice.

I have been non stop all day. I actually got pulled over, just explained to the officer that I'm stressed out and just tryin to get a million things done, also explained im doing cars for the auto show. He laughed, asked what cars and said just slow down, its wet out and I dont wanna see you get in an accident, good luck with the cars.

woke up late, coffee pot timer didnt go off, traffic licked grundle, major issues (more so than any other monday morning) in work, line at airport dunkin donuts was redic. had to run from one end of the airport to the other. water leak in my office, and the AC is on for some reason.
