Walk back in open my utility closet an FU^& my Hot Water Heater is pissing water from where the hot and cold lines go in. I hoped it was just a bad pressure valve but nope

Go get a washer hose so I can drain the tank till my dad gets down here later and we pick up a new HWH. Well the tanks empty. so 50 gallons of water into the hallway and the shops underneath my condo.

Home owners insurance FTW I guess. The cleaners are on the way

My boss dropped the ball and didn't remember I had a doctors appointment today for my workmans comp claim and had work behind me and now he is mad I ignored it and went to my doctors appointment. Such an idiot.

Anyone on here know what banks or credit unions are reasonably easy to get a loan from? I want to consolidate some debt by getting out a small loan (about 5k). I have a personal loan out that's almost paid off that I used to buy one of my cars. I have excellent credit but i might have some trouble getting another loan because i'm already "sufficiently obligated"...any thoughts?

actually....it wasn't, I was in Delaware and the wouldn't have been in the garage if I wasn't, hence lucking out yet again this weekend.

I am extremely tired, worn out and very on the edge today so forgive me. What I meant to say was, if I hadn't gone to Delware, the car would have been left outside at my house and subject to the hail.
