I think service sucks at the West Chester one. Some of the guys in parts are freaking old heads that get grumpy. Exton isn't much better with service though.

I went to go return spark plugs I didn't use. They were taped up before from when someone else went to return them I assume. The parts manager there was like nope, only 1 of the 3 are returnable. I'm thinking are you kidding me. He's like a boot was on this one, its been used and he said you could see that someone fired it up on the other one. I'm like what a ****ing tool. Luckily I knew a couple people running the register so I was able to return all 3 that I had. My girlfriend who doesn't know a lot about cars said that was the biggest dickhead and worst service ever.
