Make sure you do some research on actual gas mileage. I'm getting ~19mpg with mixed "suburban" driving, not babying it but not mashing the gas either. It's inside the advertised 18 city / 27 highway ratings, but obviously closer to the low end. I imagine it's because the supercharger in the S4 is building boost even in the low end, while the turbo is only going to build boost when you get into it. You could probably do better gas mileage wise with a turbo'd car because it's easy enough to stay out of boost (with some discipline), but with the blower being belt-driven you don't have much choice.

Thanks, and yeah....we'll see how long I can hold off. I think for the time being I can stick to just that list of mods. But come spring time...well we will just see about that.
BTW do you guys work on Audi at all? Looking to get a set of H&R OE sport springs installed and definitely don't want to tackle it myself. I don't trust myself with this over-engineered German stuff. Let me know..
