I have a small bump on the side of my head above my ear. Its been there for like the past week, is a little smaller but doesn't seem to be going away completely. Doesn't hurt or anything, but wtf is it? I think it might be alien hatchlings or something.

It could very well be an ingrown hair like Pancoast said, and it also could just be a pimple. Although what I had looked like a pimple at first but you knew it was worse than that. Keep an eye on it. Put a hot compress on it several times a day. That would help too.

It does. I got it all cleaned up and now the diff has new oil rather than the 125k mile old crap that was in there.

However, when I stuck my finger into the drain hole I discovered a thin layer of sludge at the bottom. I put in some Mobile 1 synthetic gear oil in there though.
