Hey guys, anyone who knows me and the people I hang with knows what this thread is about, but for the purpose of not causing any excess drama we'll refer to it as "Driving in an awesome fashion".

Basically, this is where I'm going to keep all of the relevant dates, times, meeting locations, rules, and regulations and all of that fun stuff.

As of right now, the next date looks like it'll either be July the 11th or July the 18th. I'm leaning more towards the 18th because there is another event on the 11th that many of us will be attending.

For right now, just stay tuned here and I'll update with more information when I have it. Also, anyone interested should send me a PM with their contact info so that I can put you into the text message list. More often than not, last minute or in depth details will be sent out through text rather than being posted here.

Because you always schedule them when I'm up at Kristin's in Freehold, I've been wanting to go since last year and show you how it's done but you pick weird weekends! I'm getting an extra set of wheels next week for the old Toyos and with the Kuhmo's on the front I'm not sure the car will even be able to drive in a straight line at all... which will be awesome :cool:

Alright, we'll try to schedule one just for you. Give me the weekends you're not going up to Freehold and I'll see what I can do.

Also, Al's been out in his GTO before and I know I've seen a corvette playing too.

Fridays are harder for some people that work weirder hours (Mainly Ross) and for some people that get up and work Saturdays (I work them from time to time). If you guys really want to try a Saturday we can, just Let me know.

I have no idea when I'm going to Freehold, I can't keep track of that nonsense :banned:

dustin, how bout you get an idea of how many drift guys are interested, just so we know what time would be best to get out there, if we have 10 people sliding, 3 minute runs for 3 runs (this is all an estimate) than thats like 90 mins of drifting. also, it's nice to be organized so we can go, get $hit done, and leave. this way we get to keep our drift spot. so it might be nice to come up with an order of who goes when, like a lineup instead of guessing who's going next... just a couple ideas and suggestions so we can all snuggle up in our beds a little earlier than 4AM!!!!@!@#!@#!@$@#$ lol

I would jump on that right now, but odds are that it's gone because it was up for like 2 weeks.... I love how Starions came with some of the best stock wheel fitment ever.

Also, I do have a 240, but the amount of work involved to get it anything close to what I want it to be in the end isn't worth it. The only reason I still have it is because it was my first car and I have a lot of good memories in it.

That being said, I might be getting a shell from a friend. So we'll see how everything plays out...
