He has not drank in 4 years, lifts almost everyday as well as personal training. It is dedication at it's max, and also has a competition coming up this august.

Don't assume that. Big muscles don't always make a great fighter. In fighting speed is more important than strength/power and usually heavy weight lifters build up their slow twitch muscles which make them less desirable. But that doesn't mean I would wanna pick a fight with anyone that huge!

den9 07-03-2008 01:13 AM

i wouldnt even wanna be that big, after 4 years id calm down and just stay fit

05Accent 07-03-2008 01:16 AM

kieth is a cool guy. nice video. i still think it should of been titled "Big Man"

your joints get used to heavier weights- as long as you play it conservative.
i've been lifting heavy for 8 years and only started having elbow issues, B/C I FREAKING FELL TWICE IN A MOSHPIT

I was just curious because when I started seriously lifting for a little while I was 185lbs @ 6'2". Then I started taking Non-Andro (back when it was still legal) and I went from 185 to 230 in 6 months! All my joints were sore even though I was doing proper warm up and cool downs. I curbed the workout and changed to include more reps lower weight and cut back on the carbs and dropped to 210 and then all of the joint pain stopped.

my buddy is of similar size, also natural. I can tell you he works out 6 days a week, 2 times a day most days. he is too damn large for his own good, biceps ranging 24 inches i believe (keep in mind, thats only a few inches smallers than some of our waists..lol). he's gonna have to start wearing spandex shorts soon, his legs are like tree trunks..lol

my only beef with getting that big is that...years down the line if you stop working out like that, whether it be due to injury, lack of time,etc.... you will turn into a rather flabby mess. If you're gonna get that big you have to stick with it. More power to him though, i know how much dedication it takes.

very true.....but if someone that big DOES land a clean shot, they will shatter your average man's chin like it was a potato chip.

mrchariybrown 07-03-2008 04:18 PM

I want to see some deadlifts and ass-to-grass squats! haha jk. that's very very nice for being all natty..

I'm guessing he's a bodybuilder, so what comp is he doing in august?

ITSTOCK 07-03-2008 05:15 PM

Damn, no drinks in 4 years? That's dedication. I can't go a couple days without a beer...or even a day.

He's doing a good job, best of luck to him.

+1....I was that big at one point...stop lifting due to some injuries and now I have big arms and a gut. I just started working back out this week. As soon as I stopped I started putting weight on. I also sucked weight for wrestling and Samba so my metabolism is probably all messed up. Biggest mistake I made was not sticking to a routine while backing off size.

This guy is definatly is dedicated to his body.....god bless him I couldn't stick to a regimine like that anymore

which prohormone exactly was it? some prohormones tend to increase joint pain and soreness do to drying of cartilage while on it. You had join pain b/c 1- you were increasing stress on joints FAST (i.e. adding like 20-40lbs more on a lift in 6 months can stress your joints) and 2- prohomones drying out your joints.

Hopefully you did a post cycle therapy after that to combat the issues and sides if any.

Kevin 07-04-2008 12:18 PM

Some hormones can lower the production of synovial fluid in joints.

+1 for PCT. I'm all natty, but I have a few friends that juice. you can def tell a difference in their overall well-being of those who did a PCT and those who did not

Nor Andro Review

1. What is it and where does it come from?

19-Norandrostenedione and 19 Nor-Diol are basically an androstene molecule with a carbon atom missing in the 19th position. I know, I know you?d have to be a chemistry major to figure that out. Well, to save you the trouble it'?s basically this: 19-norandrostenedione is converted by an enzyme (17-beta hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase) into nandrolone in the body's liver.

So, in essence, 19-norandrostenedione does not convert directly to testosterone as androstenedione and androstenediol do. Instead it converts directly to nandrolone, which is moderately anabolic. Anabolic properties can help you gain muscle quick.

2. What does it do and what scientific studies give evidence to support this?

Working much like its cousin, testosterone, 19-norandrostenedione studies show that 19-norandrostene may be even better than any other legal testosterone precursor because it does not carry the same side effects as more highly anabolic hormones. Some of the benefits of supplementing with 19-norandrostenedione include avoiding the effects of DHT problems (male pattern balding and prostate enlargement). This is great news for those who want the muscle gains without the hormonal side effects!!! This is because of the conversion to nandrolone instead of testosterone directly. Also, since 19-norandrostenedione uses the same enzyme to convert as androstenedione, they work very well together which conserves your body?s enzyme use and maximizes your hormonal conversion efficiency. Studies conducted on nandrolone show that it is highly efficient compared to testosterone because it attaches to steroid receptors easier and stays attached longer. The conversion rate (to testosterone effects) is 5.61%, the same as androstenedione, but less than pure testosterone (illegal). So, the trade-offs are: getting a little less anabolic steroid, 19-norandrostendione, but still getting awesome results with a much much lower chance of side effects such as DHT problems, as compared to direct precursor.

3. Who needs it and what are some symptoms of deficiency?

You know who needs it bodybuilders, muscle men, and all out normal dudes who want to experience HUGE gains, BIG results, and AWESOME power! Seriously, this is a supplement that works. It?s chemically proven (as testosterone?s cousin) to increase muscle mass and overall size of muscles very quickly and effectively. Because it is not an essential nutrient, deficiency is not an associated problem.

4. How much should be taken? Are there any side effects?

Androgenic products should only be supplemented by healthy males 21 years old or older. Because women may be sensitive to androgens, it is not recommended for women. Anyone with pre-existing hormonal dependencies (breast, prostate, etc.) should check with a physician before supplementing with 19-norandrostendione. Research indicates that best results are observed with 100 mg twice per day (not to exceed). Because this is such new territory, no long-term studies have been conducted on 19-norandrostendione.

Unfortunately, this product has been discontinued

Andro Banned
Senate Bill 2195 also called the Andro Ban was passed by unanimous consent in the United States Senate on October 8th, 2004 and has been signed into law by President Bush.

By passing this bill, the Congress has amended the Controlled Substances Act to include virtually all of these supplements. The Controlled Substances Act was passed in 1990 and at that time all steroids were classifed as "Schedule III" substances and were put in the same category as heroin, cocaine and other similar narcotics. Now, with the passage of Senate Bill 2195, they have added andro supplements and prohormones to the Controlled Substances Act.
