The blue one looks like a toy car.

Where is this? The white one looks nice. Now that I've seen these in person I'm somewhat split on how I like the looks. It's nice, but I also miss the rally car aggressiveness of the previous model.

edit, no prices on evo x at mitsus site so i went to jeff diambrosios site and found that white one...great odens raven they want 36k for it....**** man....its just a damn gsr.

the color is called wicked white and they say its the manual but i thought the first bacth would be SST only? i want a true 5 speed.

didnt the 8s and 9s have an RS model that was wingless and no radio and stuff and it was like 28k?

i cant justify 36k for it....30 hell yeah 36 hell no.

IIRC the OTD price on that white one pictured is about 40 g's... dambrosio is one of the better dealerships with a minimal $2500 mark up. come trade your car in today. ill meet you down there lol.

nvm the SSt is only on the MR's thank god, i think i may be waiting for the markup to cool down. so far the gsr is the only model around...and they are mid 30s, the mr will eek on 40 and if they make an RS, itll prolly be 30.

maybe ill wait a while...

dylan, the only one that is marked up to 42 is the gray one... the blue one is 40 and i think the white one is also 40... so its not a bad deal.

I dunno..40K for a Mitsubishi...meh.

id pay it if i had 40k ... its a great car...loads of technology... good power and of course MONSTEROUS aftermarket support... lol we should be video taping this.

40k is too much man. 30-33 is just right maybe 35 for the mr if u really love mitsu.

as much as im PLASTERED to the mitsu site right now, i wont be payin 40 for it. for 40k id psend another 5 and get a lotus elise.

but jon IS right, the aftermarket support is insane. didnt someone post on tst about some mitsu dorks makin 400 awhp already on like intake exhaust and a tune?

I love the white one, although i think if the blue evo had more of a black trip on the body, it would look hot as hell. Maybe ill try to find a good picture of one and photochop it a little to see what it would really look like

The front of those cars is really nice, but Im not really a fan of the ass of them. I have always prefered evo in the grey and this genereation is no exception.

STi's are at least selling for sticker.

40 grand is alot to cut loose for either sti or evo. forget about modding it with anything with quality gonna run you an arm and a leg. id just buy and older one for like 20 and throw another 20 and have a beast of a vehicle. just my .02

Its only a 2500 markup thats clearly stated on the sticker. If you walk in there ready to buy, I'm sure you can offer them sticker and they would take it.

I'd just wait for the RS which I have no doubt will come out. There is a vid on BMI where they show what looks to be a white RS:inlove:. As far as the 13.8 @ 99, I wouldn't pay much attention to that. The times from various sources for the IX was 13.5-13.6 yet I saw a bone stock IX do a 12.9 at Cecil and run a 13 flat 3 more times after that.

If You want an X you can get them monday below sticker. You will have to fly out to pick it up and drive it home..I'd rather do that anyway just for ****s..I'd get the twin clutch MR DSG or whatever though. Fancy a drive home from California in a new wicked white X for under sticker?

I like the looks of this car, way less boy racer now.

I may check them out in the spring/summer when I buy a new car.

eh im undecided the wheels just dont look like the fit the fenders right. I really dont like the back either. But I would drive one if I could afford it.
