PS3 Campout Thread!
 

So Karl(Karl), Kyle(Holy Hair) and Brian (Troll) are out front of the Oxford Valley Target as we speak...the left at around 10PM to start there almost week long camp out for the beloved playstation 3 set to release November 17th....It will be available at 9am on Friday where they are located.

Anyone in the area is encouraged to stop by to offer them food/drinks/and or people to conversate with.

I believe they are equipped with a tent blankets chairs cell phones and lots of guts/stupidity...Ill post updates as much as I can since I'm getting texts every couple minutes or so from them.

They Did Get there before anyone and are allowed to be there without police interference.

to make sure they get 1. if i didnt have class 2morrow mornin i would camp out now also

Exactly...They are only getting 12 to 15 PS3's at this particular Target so they wanna be sure there getting one.

I would do it as well if i didnt have work and had the money.

The store told them where to line up I would assume...target knows there there and said it was Ok to start camping out for it!

i want to see the look on their faces when they get the consoles, bring them home, set them up, and realize they did all this just to be able to play RIIIIIIDGE RACER!!!! :rotfl:

Good luck making much money from it. The only reason so many people made so much from selling the launch Xbox 360's was becuase 1/3 of the first batch was defective and never got shipped, causing the supply to be so short. PS3 is going to be in abundance. I hope they aren't expecting to make a grand over what they paid.

I'd camp out to if i didn't have to work. Easy way to make a 300% profit on those consoles. Buy it for $700.00 and then sell it on Ebay for $2000.00 Its the easiest money making idea possible. If you guys can do it, i say go for it.

I'm feeling a 3a.m. horn blast at Target coming on. Instead of food/drinks, I'll deliver a good heckling.

They are only releasing 400,000-500,000 systems at launch.

I visited them last night for awhile to keep them company. Will post pics later when I actually wake up

wow im deffinately swinging by the local mall, best buy and EB games on my way home from class tonight this should be some fun lol i remember the sign made by a few TST'ers last year when they went to mae fun of the people staning out for Xbox 360 :rotfl:

hmmm on better thought i might throw a body bag filled with a friend out the trunk of my dads car by the entrance of best buy to see which dumb ass gets out of line. Think it will start a fight ?lol
