Street Wars 2 + WRX vs. EVO

Date : Saturday, August 26th
Location : Raceway Park, Englishtown NJ
Time : Gates Open at 9am

anyone interested in going to this? its a little over a month away but i wanted to post it up now so hopefully we can get a group of people to go. I figure this should get a pretty good response with the number of EVOs and WRXs on here..post up if your interested..it should be a fun time

Evo vs STi??? THat's not really fair. THe subarus are gonna get killed.

Dont get me wrong. I really like subarus. But it takes alot less effort and money to make a 10 sec evo than to make a 10sec subaru.

They got killed overall last year, but Crawford's STi took home the win anyway. Not saying that throughout the day most STi's were getting walked on HARD (even by bugeye WRX's, haha)

we know the evos are going to win every race and then probably break down in the final race so subaru will win

Sure, let me know when you get you car back. I'm sporting the stock downpipe right now anyway due to fittment issues, so my car is kind of lacking..I'd want to go from the dig since my car only traps 110 on a good day..

I am down. I will love dig's now since I know I can't possibly break the 6 speed even if I tried, but a roll shows who's car has more power.

I have a feeling there will be a nice turnout of IWSTI members there...

We spanked the Subaru contingent at the auto-x there last year.

Wasnt even close.

Yes, we most certainly did.. It was my first AutoX ever and I beat every subaru there, I got a 3rd or 4th place trophy as well.

Doubtfull, but I can only speak for the mitsu camp. Any of our cars that actually make enough power to break stuff usually come prepared with spares:)
BTW nick if you need a tow let me know, heard you've been having some trouble with ol' faithfull lately

Bump for 3 weeks away.I know last year we had a pretty good caravan.
We should try for it again this year maybe meet at the Big wawa again right off the turnpike I think in florence.
Maybe like 9 or 10am.
