I just walked in the door from this. Took a ton of pics and ran out of batterys. Your pics look good i hope mine come out just as good.

If you have any of an orange SRT-4 post'm up :mrgreen: The g/f was taking pics with my camera, and they all suck. The camera doesn't like to focus...

Nice pics. Unfortunately I'm on an autocross time out for a couple of months. Getting married in less than two weeks, so my next Philly event won't be until August 27th at Warminster, possibly August 12th at Ripken though if I can convince the soon to be wifey to let me out so soon after the wedding. :D

And yeah, the granite B15 is Aaron's. ;)

I was there in the "other" gray MR.. I had trouble with the track..I think I am DONE autoXing, I can't stand not knowing where to go anymore! More of a maze then a race track.. I think I am going to try tack days from now on. MY best Clean run was a 68 something and I got a 65 but went into the slalom one set of "unmarked" cones too early:bigeek:

There are a few pics of people that i know are on here. I have pics of pretty much every car there either racing or in the parking lot so if you wanna see certain one just ask. This was first time i ever tried to take pics of moving cars so some of the shots came out not to great, but by the end of the event i had a few good shots. Next time it comes to warminster i will try and go again just to work on taking action shots.

Nice pics! That was an awesome course. I wish I had a few more runs to get my setup right (new tires and fsb) and relearn the car. My fourth run was about 1 sec faster than the third, and usually I'm pretty consistent with times by then. I ended up 4th in SM out of 11 cars with a 63.XXX time (I'll look it up on www.phillyscca.com when they post it). Stupid guys with r-compounds taking the top spots... by a long shot :o

My best run was the 72.**, but my PAX ended up being 61.***, is there any way to see the result online? I would love to know where I finished amongst the other novices...

Na no beer needed, just take me for a ride in the evo if you autoX at the next one, i never been in a evo yet. If you dont run no big deal. I got some of the galant, but they were when i first started taking pics so there not to great but i was going to send them to you to give to him, i just didnt post them up cause i didnt think he was on here.

How many events have you been to? If this was only your second or third event ever, I can see how this course would be frustrating. A 60-70 second course is a lot of cones to remember, and even harder if you're not used to reading the cones. And just like anything else, it takes a little practice and familiarity. Keep going, because once it all clicks you won't want to stop! :D

I'll PM you if I go to the next one.. I'll give you a ride no problem, I just hate losing!!I guess I should have payed closer aatention on the walkthrough, but it was hot as sheeot!! I got f'n sunburned with sunblock on, 11 hours in 95 degrees or whatever it was!

Yea i hear ya on that definetly didnt help with you wearing the jeans, sucks you didnt know the deal with that. I got a nice tan/sun burn myself.
Its definetly tough to remember the course especially on a hot day like yesterday, i give major props to everyone who raced cause everyone did reasonably well considering the conditions.

So aug 30th is the next one in warminster?

August 27th is the next one at Warminster, and there's also an event at Ripken on August 12th and one at Boeing on July 30th. ;)

It was my 4th over the sapn of 2 years.. I think it would help me greatly if there were pointer cones to tell which side of the cone to be on, I didn't know about that until last week.The pointers are not at every cone that you really could go either way. I look ahead of where I need to be, but when I get to a cone that could go either way, it throws me totally off. I know I have the lines, and footwork down just fine, but I go off track way too much, and to only get 4 chances it just seems like a waste..I enjoy any type of racing, but I'd at least like to know where I'm going first without memorizing like 2000 cones.

This was my first time, I didn't find the course to be as difficult to get through. I did have two "out of courses", one because I got confused due to the unmarked gate, and the second due to losing control of the front end of my car.

Other than that, I thought it was a pretty smooth and fun course. I can't wait for Boeing in two weeks
