Tuned the car Thursday in hopes of hitting the track Friday but sadly we discovered an issue with the ECU...well, several issues. So I sent it off to Tom Dorris for some diag and repair. In the mean time, she's all cleaned up and waiting to get her brain back. Then it's time to beat the **** out of her. lol

Also debating on doing a matte white wrap on the white parts of the car. Thoughts?

Touched up the rims and did some polishing when I had a chance yesterday.

my 3rd brake light was inop for a bit so I pulled the wing to check it...smashed and parts loose inside. Gotta get a whole light assy, so that means I'm running a clipped thumbnail spoiler for now. Always wanted to try that out :)

Knoch, I know I've said it before, but I've got a seriously throbbing 2GB(oner) for your car.

Lol its not that bad man, There is really nothing crazier going on than a DSM. All you really have is an extra intake pipe, and an extra hot side pipe running to the FMIC.

I think U should keep it how it is, because it looks like ur paint is in good condition!

I dont think anything can beat a TT Z32 as far as difficulty of simple tasks that require an absurd amount of work, I have worked on maybe 3 or 4. Worst engineered car ever.

Best pass to date is a 12.3 @ 109 with my old 16g. I'm getting the car tuned on the new setup in a few weeks and hope to get to the track in June.

Haha I guess the main reason was because I was always so far away from the car to trust having the hood popped. That plus they parked me 14 miles away from VIP I really didn't think as many people would have ventured back that far as they did. I now wish I would have popped it though. :o

Yea man for sure. I wish we didn't get split up right before we got to the meet. I wanted to park our twins right next to each other. I for sure would have popped the hood then.

It's clean for the most part but the paint definitely shows it's 21 year old age. I was thinking of wrapping it for the time being until I decide to get it painted which is definitely a plan of mine. Maybe i'll leave it as is for now though...
