lol i can see it now... it'll be as insane as the Cabela's gun counter on a Saturday afternoon, except with the additional chaos of people wanting to get their hands on rental Glocks with no fees.

and fighting for free lanes! count me out (unless i go just to take advantage of the discounts, i know what glocks fire like haha i dont need to fight with 9000 other people to try one out!) and if there is a glock that i have NOT used before, its safe to assume i know someone that has it and will let me try it out haha.

Just got back from the range after putting another 100 through the .40

Best part of the night tho had to be one of the range employees bringing in his Desert Eagle. After watching this monster fire a few times, he let me put a few rounds through it. All I can say is that that thing is INSANE!

Whats with this obsession with Glocks?

If you want to spend money and get a great gun, buy an HK.

I've fired this myself and its super smooth...

Those are real finicky with the ammo that they will run. I've had success with Walmart bulk Remington stuff but some other people don't. You might have to try a few different kinds of .22lr to figure out what will function best. I still get a lot of FTF and FTE with mine. Great for practicing malfunction drills, you don't even need snap caps since the damn thing is so unpredictable.

blkZ06 04-11-2010 11:00 PM

run CCI minumags and it will never have an issue

max2k1 04-11-2010 11:23 PM

Is anyone on here having trouble getting ammo?

1988 Olds 04-12-2010 12:19 AM

Yea basically only way to get it is spend 15-17/box at a gun shop or get real lucky and find it at walmart for $10 or so. This is 9mm. I have not seen 9mm at walmarts around here for months. I got lucky and purchased 4 boxes when I was up near State College.
