They won't close our schools here in Philly for weather conditions because then parents won't have anything to do with their kids. This was dude's actual reasoning.

my old high school(wissahickon) did this once.. It was snowing pretty heavy but they made us coming in anyways. no delay or anything. We ended up leaving maybe only an hour later, if even. On the way back the bus was sliding and ****.

True story. I remember a few years ago, while every other school district in the area was closed because it was snowing, ours was still open because the guy that decides whether to close the schools or not said something like, "It's not that bad. If I close the schools it's only going to cause problems with parents blah blah blah." Then he ended up having to close them early because it did get that bad.

i remember when my school (pennsbury) was the only district open because they didn't want to close the schools for the same reason.

She still hasn't given them too me. Its too late now anyway because next week is Christmas and I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who is in next week in my department.

I probably will make those and I don't need a receipe for them. Thanks though! These are "specialty" cookies that I need. They are cracker cookies and waffle cookies. I know generally what to do, but I need the measurements and stuff.

I say don´t drink and drive
You might spill your drink
Before you get behind the wheel just stop and think
You can take your chances
But there´s so much to lose
Another bumpy road, there´s so much wasted booze

I´m not so worried
'Bout how many I kill
I´m much more concerned 'bout how much beer I spill
How much beer I spill

Matt@EuroJerks 12-19-2008 01:16 PM
