This is true, thanks Fast and the Furious. 1G is my favorite to drive too.

seats are uncomfortable on long trips, CEL is always on, needs to be lower

96 Civic HB
rarely drive it because of the roads and thieves.

My car lacks balls in a straight line.

...it puts many to shame in the turns, though.

Also, it lacks a proper overdrive. I rev at 4k at 80 MPH and my mileage goes through the floor.

Cant drive the goddamn thing anywhere because its so low..

Cant park anywhere wondering if someone is gonna steal something..

Cant drive too much or else rock chips

Gotta watch curbs like crazy when you park.

The attention is sometimes just too much when im not in the mood to socialize.

Sometimes its too loud and bumpy but i have a hate/love relationship with that.

some of those seem to be a location issue and not a car issue, move to arizona, they dont have horrible crime and theres not really any rocks on the road since they dont get a winter salting.

Its def hard to maintain a car like this in NYC. So many bumps and potholes and high curbs.. it just doesnt stop!

she leaks, she idles funny... and the douchenozzle before me beat her up so the paint is fukktoned.

wheels and tires look sick, but they rub and have now started rolling my fenders on their own.

& other than consuming all my money in oem parts to keep it running/rolling, i love it!

no, you know what road is terrible... the PA turnpike right where you can jump over to 80 W or E. & i swear theres a stretch of road right around the lake harmony/ jim thorpe exit, where your hitting 5ft. patched sections every 20 ft for almost 5-6 miles. but the left lane is perfect.

I hear that. My lude in 5th at 4k. is only doing 75mph. i only get 250miles to a 13.5 gallon tank. no matter how i drive it. highway or city. fukin terrible

with my old prelude, same motor. i was getting 280-320. & on one trip i pushed 350mi. out of one tank.

Hate that section.

I hog the left lane for that stretch to the best of my ability, because coilovers and patched highway just don't mix.

My car has this weird picup truck shimmy when i hit them. I dont know how to describe it besides saying that when i hit a bad enough bump it feels like the rear is walking out from behind me. totally uncomfortable.

240vert 10-24-2009 11:22 AM

It's too loud for a daily driver, my fault for getting a cheap ebay exhaust to pass inspection.

During torrential down pours my interior gets soaked. When it rains for a week straight water finds its way inside and drips on my left arm and leg, extremely annoying.

Extremely scary on the PA turnpike when it's raining, or when exiting a tunnel in a heavy rain.

Not very comfortable on long drives.

Paint isn't in the best condition.

It's on it's 4th thermostat in two and a half years.

Other than that it's the best car I've ever owned, well next to the Bronco.
