We are the first line of defense for Amdocs billing related issues. Sometimes we get comtrac issues as well. We do a lot of monitoring of our tandems here and in denver. We also monitor the newest billing system called E-Bill. We also monitor the AS400. We do a **** load of financial processing. Statement processing, etc etc etc, we do it all. We deal with a lot of addressability issues as well. Whether it be communication related or video related. We are also the only ****ing department that is 24/7.

why do you think i do what i do on the internet all day?

and on saturdays i bring my laptop in here and watch movies and ****. if i could get on the network with my personal computer.. it would be ****ing over.. the connection here is INSANELY fast.

I can't afford to pay $70/month for the gym! Thats ludicrous. I would go all the time though since my work is right behind it.
