What power supply do you have? Make sure you plugged the power cable into the mobo right. Some mobos require a big plug and a small plug alongside each other but you probably know this.

850w power supply, 8pin plug in the 8pin doohikey and the huge one in the huge doohickey
i've got the two 6plugs going to the video card, one sata cable supplying the burner and hdd, two molex suppying i think 2 fans each, plus whatever is required by the front of the box... |
i may pull off the sata stuff and the video card and see if the mobo boots in bios

dont know much about computers or what you building but is system all fan cooled or are you gonna use water cooling

i gotta yank the heatsink/fan out of my new pc and take it over to micro center to test and probably buy a new one... i hope thats the only issue, i'd hate to have to call newegg about getting a replacement... pain in the ass |
