im guessing mine will be in that area if i get that car it would be around 3000 a year. and their estimate wasnt on the ms3 i just wanted to see what a new car would be. im scared to call to a quote for that

since your still pretty young why dont put the car in mommy and daddy's name and insurance i would think it would be significantly cheaper. your screwed on a good rate unitl your 24-25y/o so might as well suck it up and start selling Herbal Life products :)

yea i guess ill see what it would be if i had the explorer in my name and the ms3 in my dads name. i would imagine a truck would be cheaper to insure but i could be wrong

After all this insurance talk I did a quote on GEICO and my suggested monthly premium would be $146.69 and I think that's like bare bones coverage lol

if the explorer is owned by you/parents and not the bank(lien) then it should be cheaper b/c you will have more control over coverage and deductables, but if the bank is still owed money on the explorer then you might be in the same boat

My Progressive quote was $265.89/month...Jeez

Oakes 12-16-2008 02:28 PM

My full coverage on my 09 Fusion is 110 a month under my parents. Would have been 160 a month if I did it on my own.

lol damn.

i have progressive. its not that bad.

hopefully in march itll drop a little bit.

Kerplunk105 12-16-2008 02:33 PM

I have progressive as well. My brother, (23), and I share it. His is like 1000/year with total minimum coverage. 2003 Nissan Sentra.

Snoozie 12-16-2008 02:37 PM

We had progressive and were paying $482/month with 3pts. for Keith an accident and some tickets. Now, we have Ohio Casualty (Liberty Mutual) and we pay $355/month and that includes renters insurance. Also the accident points and tickets are cleared.

PS-Progressive blows.

Elliott18t 12-16-2008 02:40 PM

Kerplunk105 12-16-2008 02:47 PM

This ****ing bitch owes me almost 1k and she has told me for the past month that she's sending it, it must have gotten lost in the mail, she's sending it, blah blah blah blah blah blah...****ing stupid bitch!!!

Its just really getting to me.

If she didnt have the money to send me, she should have had the ****ing balls to just say that instead of lieing to me about it for over the past month.

If the money doesnt come by tomorrow, my classes for spring semester are going to be dropped b/c I dont have any ****ing money to pay for it b/c she still hasnt sent it.

/rant

twastheglow 12-16-2008 02:49 PM

Uh, did she buy something from you or just randomly decided to send you $1,000?

Snoozie 12-16-2008 02:49 PM

And, this isn't the first time she has done this to you either. Its just a poor way to conduct your business. You should hold Meri hostage till she pays up.

CHAOS 12-16-2008 02:49 PM

my question is, why would you lend someone 1k?

agoodall 12-16-2008 02:49 PM

the past 4hrs of posts in the NJ Medical Marijuana thread has just been deleted....that crap annoys me so much Gestapo-esque... faffr

CHAOS 12-16-2008 02:50 PM
