Dave was quoting Tom when he was saying he'd steal her.. We joke with tom cause he wants to steal some chick at bcc from her BF. But not knowing Dave i see where all this has come out of what he ment, It was a joke.:roll:

you cannot get arrested, for stopping on a shoulder. at most you'd get a ticket. i dont think you have a full grasp of what constitutes as "illegal" and definitaly not the illegal that art was referring too. traffic violations are not illegal. but running from the cops is, for various reasons. same with underaged drinking. smoking marjuana and **** like that.

You've been friends with John for a long time, so its only right for you to defend him. I get it. But step back, and get your story straight. I have a gf that im more then happy with, most of you have met her. I wouldnt ever try to "steal" johns gf..even if she were single i woudlnt be interested. I have a GF that I wouldnt trade for the world or anybody in it. What you heard me say was taken out of context. I said "I will steal her". Do you know why I said that? no..you dont. I said it because "i will steal her" is a joke that started from Tom and this girl Joy. You not knowing the story OR the joke, would take what I said out of context..and thats fine. But just know I wasnt trying to steal anybody from anybody. John and Cassie are both good friends, and this got out of control. I told john, and i'll tell everyone here. We were all pretty blasted that night, and out of control. I dont remember saying anything that would cause a huge problem. If I did, I apologize; as I didnt mean any disrespect to John or Cassie...or you guys for that matter. Thats all I have to say. Im not sure if you wanted me to flip out..but i wont. Just letting you guys know the truth of what was said.
