I can get away with it too, just have to deal with the forum talk. Because everyone bitches online, but won't do **** in person. Hooray! E-Thugs.com redirects you to TriStateTuners.com!""
Yes, I'd call that talking smack, substituting for a better word. You're dogging the coordinator(s) of the meet, basically calling them out as chickens.
Perhaps you'd rather see someone yanked out of their car and beaten, instead of people acting grown up and taking the hint not to act like a d-bag to begin with?
A few people know my background, and know that I'd never drop a sentence without being able to back it up, and a few have seen my reaction to the nimrods in RX-7s last year at Sports Authority in Exton. I have NO problem whatsoever handling things myself, and whomever thinks that their "young bull" ego can outpower a lot of experience, bring it. I haven't had a good ass-whipping in a long time, and I surely could use one, just to keep my karma in check.
Most of the young bull types who think they can act like they want have never dealt with someone from the South who has no problem at all taking matters into their own hands and lending out some manners.
From my experience here in this area, someone won a 30 second fight in 7th grade, that got broken up by the teacher, and they think they can act like a jack-off for the rest of their lives.
I promise you that there are people in society that don't tolerate attitudes like that and will enforce social law as needed. I'm one of those people. Unfortunately, these people aren't as plentiful here in the Northeast as they are in other areas of the nation.
If you want to see less e-thugging and more action, invite one of your buddies to act like an idiot while I'm at a meet. I won't have a very politically correct discussion with them, since I enjoy these meets, am a true and hard-core car enthusiast, and will take extra measures to protect our meeting place for everyone in the group.
