what are you trying to lose weight for?? btw not eating (unless going anerexic) will not help you lose weight eat often in small portions and keep active for a faster metabolism

didnt you read?? be active (excercise, work, go out and do stuff) and eat smaller meals slightly more often.... drink plenty of water...

Soo good but soo bad for you :lol: 2280 grams of sodium..thats more then the average adult should have in an entire day let alone one meal :lol:

i didnt stop eating i just dont eat kfc or what not, ill make something like a tuna sandwhich. but im trying to lose some fat because im gonna start lifting more to add muscle since i pretty much work out to stay in shape now. and chaos im 6'

well if you plan on lifting more and trying to add muscle being 6' at 175 is rather small... to build muscle you need to have some weight on you....

Dood, at 6ft you should not want to be 165. Thats pretty light. And if you were that much but still big (muscle wise) you would have to have like no body fat.

i actually have a very high BMI im a pretty small build i think my BMI is somewhere around 20 id reall like to get it below 15 still have some fat on me
