While I understand a portion of illegals couldn't control their coming here due to parents and whatnot. Another large portion are criminals and a Huge drain on our economy. That and all the ones milking our system with government programs. While I have no problem with immigration,I just want it done the right way. My ancestors came over many moons ago and did properly. |
Jim, a New Edge is a SN95 style for the most part. A lot of that stuff is the same, except the motors in some years.
By the way, morning all. Went to Boostedfury's wedding over the weekend and had a blast. They are a great couple and perfect for eachother. |
Have a long week ahead of me. Working tonight through Wed and again over the weekend.
And good news... nothing broke on my car. Just needs an alignment. Really happy about that! |

But, it turns out that i'm having a PATS issue as well. Theft light is coming on while attempting to crank the vehicle. I have to pick up a SCT tuner or find someone that has one that can reflash the PCM to disable PATS. After thats done, I can attempt to troubleshoot the fuel system (if it needs to be done after PATS is disabled) |
Does it/did it have an aftermarket alarm?
|
PATS can be disabled. You are paying around $380 for a tuner no matter what. I would just get one from American Muscle and they can adjust setting for you in regards to the cars set up.
|
yikes, 380 for a tuner?

gaining citizenship the right was is the way to go... but to demand them to learn a language that is not necessary, by law, is ridiculous. i'm all for people living within communities of people that only speak their language, if they want to. those that want to integrate with the rest of society should learn english, cause it's not going to be all that easy if you don't. of course, spanish is probably spoken more often on american soil than english is. as far as culture/customs... **** off... this is america. everyone has the right to their own culture and customs... that's the whole point of america. |

As I said. I'm not getting down on anyone's culture and customs. I only have a problem when people try and shove it down my throat. As for speaking English,America was a predominantly English speaking country. That was until a huge influx of illegal immigrants from mehico |

live and let live bro. who gives a ****. we need an "earth" government... one land; a global society. no religion. no war. |

Think about it tho,if the immigration went the other way, those would Be expected to learn Spanish. |

Don't get me started on language. Half of all Americans can't actually speak English. It's some form of barely comprehendible gibberish.
The British people who speak "proper" English are even worse! I think though that it speaks volumes about the character of a person if they are willing to move to a country which 96% of the population speaks one language and they feel like they don't have to bother to learn it. Yes, they can do that, but I don't think it's fair for me to subsidize their unemployment... Which leads to the real problem with Mexican immigrants (even somewhat the legal ones) - the school systems are getting torn up because 90 of them live in a single rental apartment and nobody is paying the fair share of school taxes. This is a real problem in reading and rural PA in general. It's being solved by hiking up the school taxes on the "normal" homeowners. So yeah, everyone deserves a fair chance, etc but I can totally see where the rage is coming from. And this is a big problem right where we live. The environment is completely different down in Texas/Arizona so it's hard for us to comment on their situation at all. But the system doesn't allow very many people to come here "the right way". |

Morning all. Hope everyone is doing well. Can't wait til my Procharger 2 core intercooler gets to me. Everyone says my car is a sleeper for a Mustang, besides the V1 you can hear. Exactly what I was looking for.

Maybe my kid will get a minority scholarship finally.

I didn't mind it when I was outside earlier today. As long as I'm moving around in it and not just sitting.

The A/C in the 540 makes the A/C in all of our other cars as well as every other car I've ever been in look like amateur hour. It's sickeningly awesome.

The Vette has really good AC... Even though there isn't much space to cool.
|
It's days like today that make me glad my AC unit was designed for an extended cab, not a standard cab.
