That's just a tiny, tiny part of what I do. Don't get the idea that I sit around drinking all night. It's not always fun and games.

so for those who are not working, what is every one doing today? i'm just sitting on my ass watching tv and doing laundry. i was going to rake some leaves, but its to damn cold out. :lol:

I do analytical checks (CO2, DO, Air, pasteurization, etc...), crown (cap) seal and crimp tests, check packaging quality (labels, glass, 6-packs, cases, crowns, palletizing). Make sure the correct beer goes into the correct bottle (or keg) with the correct cap and labels and into the correct 6-packs and into the correct cases. Make sure the correct amount of beer goes into the bottle or keg. And of course, make sure it tastes good. That's pretty much a quick explanation, but there is much more to it. I put out alot of "fires".
