I am curious how my Scion will do in the snow, I may need to look for a set of winter wheels.

accordguy04 06-11-2012 08:16 AM

Boss texts me at 7:26 (i got it at 7:44, was sleeping) "your there right?" I dont work til 9 today, but I usually open on mondays and we open at 7:30... Hope he made it in time. Lol

HickRocket1258 06-11-2012 08:33 AM

Morning all. 4 day week for me, then Boostedfurys wedding this Saturday.

jpalamar 06-12-2012 03:52 PM

Came into work today to find a pipe broke in the kitchen. Nice inch or 2 of water over my floor and the floor below. They have a cleaning crew using shop vacs isn't annoying or anything.

They should of just sent us home since we can't really do anything.

HickRocket1258 06-13-2012 08:10 AM

What's up with the lack of posts in there lately? Boo this thread.

ESP if I'm going to drop 20k on a slobra

HickRocket1258 06-13-2012 03:10 PM

****. I'm slowly looking at new jobs. My mother is helping me reviewing my resume before I send it out. She even found something for me she said to apply, but I didn't want to look at it while at work.

jpalamar 06-13-2012 03:21 PM

I wanna play Earthworm Jim on Sega for some reason.

Speaking of driven, did you take a look at the Stang yet?

I'm a 360 fan... I could download an emulator on PC though.

My friend actually has it. Last time I was at his place he went on a nostalgia buying spree and bought a bunch of old games he wanted to play again. Toe Jam and Earl was one of them. Along with stuff like NBA Jam and the most frustrating game of all time....Echo the Dolphin

HickRocket1258 06-13-2012 08:55 PM

Jim give me an update on what's going on with the stang. I'm looking at buying a Procharger 2 core intercooler.

Nice.

There is a new version of NBA Jam on 360 for download. Its the same exact feel as the old ones but with current graphics and sound. its like crack to me when I get bored.

smoked the fuse for the fuel pump. replaced fuse and i'm still reading 13.x at the FPDM harness. only supposed to read 10.5 at the harness. FSM says if reading + 10.5 at harness, replace FPDM. how would the fpdm have any bearing on what the harness is supplying to it though?

You don't happen to be throwing any codes do you?

piku 06-14-2012 10:45 AM

I didn't know what an FPDM was but I looked it up. This is the definition I found:

The main purpose of this highly complex device appears to be to leave you completely stranded at the worst possible time and place. That said, it does one heck of a job of it.

I think I'll just stick with my vacuum controlled FPR

HickRocket1258 06-14-2012 11:35 AM

Jim from the quick reading I did, the voltage will vary from 0-12 when the car is running. I found some good reading on this one forum.

http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-foru...r-fpdm.851482/

Sounds like it could be the pump.

jpalamar 06-14-2012 11:38 AM

I think I'm psychic...

How so? Was trying to figure that out when reading that.

Got it about a month ago.

Last night I raced my buddies 95' Taurus SHO on a closed course road. The Scion was neck and neck and then started to pull in 4th leaving the SHO behind.

Ain't no way unless you were manual and the SHO was auto and/or the SHO driver was terrible.

And I'm confused, if you wanted a fast car (racing down backroads late at night would be a good indication of this) than why did you buy a slow one?

piku 06-14-2012 12:16 PM

Ah my bad I was looking at the wrong numbers, I dont' doubt it. A little mistake on his part would have you winning. Those numbers make me sad. Normal cars are starting to approach a stock E36 M3 in power to weight ratio. Yet I'm sure their brakes, suspension, wheel width, etc are not following suit.

P1233. It was thrown for FPDM offline. FPDM was disconnected to check voltage in harness. D'oh. Code cleared when car was restarted.

lownslow95 06-14-2012 08:19 PM

rocknrace03 06-14-2012 08:47 PM
