i'm anxious to get some remodeling done and get the house sold.

well the game plan was to buy the house, live in it for a few years while fixing it up, then sell it and take the profits to start our own lives.

it's been a few years, and i'm ready for a place of my own.

if i'm going to be broke because of owning a home i want it to be my home and a place that i love to be.

cant argue that wouldnt it be pretty dumb to sell it now? or you gonna wait?

it'll be next year until we're completely ready...

hopefully by then the market is better.
