worst part about getting up at 6am to hit the gym by 7... is getting out of the gym, sitting at your computer... and not having any work to do for at least an hour or two...

yeah, but you're not bored AND trying to put down a protein shake... which consists of banana creme "flavored" powder and water...

I really need to get a thing of chocolate soy milk to mix this with... it actually tastes really good mixed...

dump sugar into it..

sugar is okay in your post-workout shake anyway.. I actually recommend it..

I actually thought of dumping a cup of coffee in it...

and i do remember reading something about both insulin spikes after a workout, and caffeine having a benefit post workout

coffee + protein shake = awkward flavor, but more manageable...
