I dunno if I'm coming or not...I won't be able to make it till like 10:15 cause of the gym and I dunno if there's a point to coming that late....when do you all stay to?

motorvated 03-17-2009 04:27 PM

Im not trying to be out REAL late. St.Patties means cops are REAL dicks tonights, and theres a lot of drunks on the roAd. But if its warm and Ashley wants to stay late....who knows when i'll leave

CleanNeon98 03-17-2009 04:30 PM

So don't drink and drive lol. Besides you got a miata, you can dodge every retard that rolls his Explorer in front of you...some bad boys 2 ****.

motorvated 03-17-2009 04:40 PM

1.6 miata supercharged with 6 PSI. Car with driver weighs 2400 pounds. NOT intercooled. Here are his numbers.
1/4 Mile ET: 14.401
1/4 Mile MPH: 94.660
1/8 Mile ET: 9.203
1/8 Mile MPH: 75.930
0-60 Foot ET: 2.057

Ide like to run 10 PSI, intercooled. Car without hardtop should be sub 2,000 pounds. Could definitely be in the high 13s I believe. Not that I care about 1/4 times much, but it gives an idea of how the car moves. Should come out of a corner like it was shot out of a sling shot.

i will stay till 11 or so...

boostinsidewayz 03-17-2009 05:11 PM

what a pointless argument, F1 is the top of the line.

wrc takes balls, F1 takes an incredible amount of talent

oh and A&A you guys are right F1, the only reason F1 drivers can drive so fast is because they are on a nice prepped track. with no changing conditions

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUkv6...eature=related

oh and guess what, they actually have to be smart enough to know the course themselves. no passenger to tell them, how much to brake, how hard to turn, how long the turn is.

motorvated 03-17-2009 05:18 PM

GOD DAMN!!!! F1 is so amazing. thanks for the vid

pandabeartsi 03-17-2009 05:31 PM

byee guys im leaving work ! see yous all tonight

Ciotti 03-17-2009 05:33 PM

It's really just on a completely different level, they are going SO fast and there is such a nonexistent margin of error between wrecking at 180+ mph vs barging the perfect corner and making up a tenth of a second on the guy in front of you that the drivers just exist on a completely different world of driving.

Ask Sean about that :-O
