get a **** load of steaks... freeze them individually. Pull one out a few hours before you want to eat to thaw it. Stick it on a hot pan 2 minutes per side then 8 minutes in the oven at 350... comes out medium rare, juicy... and delicious...season w/ salt and pepper. it really requires no work at all to make a delicious steak...
I'm gonna end up buying a bunch at costco or something and freezing them. My dinners are gonna consist of sweet potatoes and steak. Probably pick up some other veggies too.
gonna start brining lunch too... just need to back up 5 chicken breasts on sunday and i'm good. probably eat half a sweet potato for dinner, and save the other half for lunch.
got a **** load of tuna at home too... bring that for a snack, buy some walnuts and nom nom nom
