The thing is, that's bordering on harassment. Calling them up all day, IMing, going there as a group :) ALL of those things would be FUN IMO. But it's not about having fun, it's about a disreputable shop refusing to finish a service that was paid for and the customer trying to be compensated.
The only option other than the OP himself continuing to call, e-mail & PM or make the drive out again, is for him to report the scumbags to the PA Better Buisness Bureau.

I know it's an inconvenience for you, but I think it's painfully obvious that this thread and any other method of contact besides IN PERSON is obviously not going to get you anywhere.

Although I do agree with both of those statements, I agree with the OP more in that it's the principle.

I left them a voice mail politely letting them know that they have an unhappy customer and that it would be in their best interest to make things right with him. I directed them to this thread. This was three or four days ago. Clearly they just don't care.

wow i feel for you rich, i wasnt aware this was going on still. i have known the guys from importdps for awhile and they have aways been stand up guys. i remember you asking me about them. and i told you they have always taken good care of me.

this is the first complaint i have ever heard about importdps. and of course as rich agrees its a minor inconvenience. compared to real horror stories i have read and heard about other favorite establishments on here and elsewhere.

honestly i have gotten my car dyno several times there. and i never bothered asking for my dyno sheets. all i ever cared for was a safe tune at reasonable price. but that just me.

i guess i'll mention this to rick tomorrow when i call, and hopefully the dyno sheet caper can be finally be resolved.

Jul, why should Rich have to drive almost an hour just to get his graphs (which he should have gotten anyway). DPS needs to do their damn job and send him the graphs, not act like they are doing him a favor by posting an unprofessional reply in this thread.

Had the decision been up to me they would have lost vendor status on this site already because IIRC it's been nearly a month (maybe more) since the car was dynoed and still no graphs.

Man oh man...the fact of the matter is you're not going to get your graphs. I think it may be time for the mods to consider taking some action.

That won't do any good for Rich since TST is seemingly the only venue where he has gotten a response all this time.

Rich, I don't think you'll get your graphs, so treat them like they are treating you and make sure not a single person you know does business with them, DPS has had more than enough time to make right in this situation.

I've never done business with them but I've heard mixed things, following this experience, I will never go there, nor send anyone else over. Last log-in was 2-21, I sent them a PM on I think 3-1 so let's see if they ignore it.

I still have hope they my graphs will be given to me... why would they go out of the way to delete them? Its not like 1MB is a lot of wasted space.

I don't think anyone thinks it was on purpose. We're all pretty sure it was accidental and this is how it's being handled...trying to sweep it under the carpet.

DPS is always on evom but i realized that lately they havent and another guy wrote that they have ****ty customer service and havent been answering phones, emails and lost there business for a twin disk clutch so somethings gotta be going on over there.

Why? Simple logic. Clearly this thread has not been successful in getting his graphs. AIM conversations by Rich's girlfriend have been unsuccessful. Phone calls have been unsuccessful. It sounds like nothing is going to be effective besides going there.

I'm not saying it's wrong to be ignored when you're a paying customer, but let's get serious here.

I feel that this has gone on long enough for even a admin or someone to step in.
I feel that someone with higher authority and start dealing with this. ie. suspend them or even ban them. its a shame this thread even had to go past page one let alone almost 6 pages now.
This guy has done everything to get ahold of his graphs. and for this **** ass company to treat him and this fourm like that deserves the boot!

what i would do is after he pays to be vender fees i would simply ban him for a month and close all his threads. just to show him what its like. and not answer his emails and calls :)
