The NO Explode won't make you grow, its the lifting routine that will make you grow. The NO will just give you the energy to get a good pump.

after reading this..i have come to the comclusion the i need to get in shape..i dont do anything in the morning but sit around..when i was boxing i was feeling alot better and more active..and since i left it.i become down..so its time for me to join a gym....holla.

Yah you could do it that way if you wanted, tastes pretty damn good, do you work on McGuire?

Haha, good to hear... You may hate it for the first few weeks, but once you start to feel better about yourself youll like it a lot. I only think about the gym, eating healthy, and my school work. Those three things pretty much consume my life, and I am really satisfied with myself since i started lifting again.

I work out on McGuire on some weekends, but most of my time is spent at Rutgers University. My semester is done in 28 days, then Ill be taking a week off, but after that I will be in the McGuire gym everyday. It really is the best gym I have ever been in, especially compared to my school gym which you could fit in a racquetball court at McGuire.

I am a military dependent, my dad is a retired AF pilot.

Just got that for free from my buddy...its basically NO Xplode but different brand. Il see how it works for me

actually have used that.. and it works very well with a great workout.. just be consistent with ur workouts.. dont take shortcuts.. and u will see results with any suppliment.. or not...

yea im extremely cramped right now...tryin to heal as fast as i can so I can be back in the gym hopefully friday

work different muscles different days instead of getting your whole body sore, then taking unnecessary days off, I go to the gym everyday, one muscle group a day, and I never work sore muscles, or even have to worry about them actually, b/c they are always healed after a full week

for all of you guys that purchase suplements, I suggest that you check out this site

they are basically a wholesale supplement site that has anything and everything that you could possibly want. The best thing is that they are cheaper than other places like GNC. THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN FOR SUPPLEMENTS. Also they are located in pa, so shipping is only a day or 2.

So I tried the Nitrix with Xplode this morning, 3 pills crushed into my Xplode. I cant say I felt much of anything.. it says 14-21 days to get full effect and thats with taking them everyday 3 times a day.

the nitrix takes 14-21 for it to be at its peak in your body. take the nitrix and xplode before you go to the gym, thats when you will notice the difference.

when i went last night after taking my nitrix n xplode i was able to work out for an hour and a half without stopping. when i was on my last few sets i felt like i hadnt worked out at all, i wasnt sore, tired, or fatigued. but i couldnt lift a 5lb weight to save my life.

everyones body reacts differently but for me the stuff just lets me keep on going and going and going without ever getting fatigued. my body becomes numb to its pain. i feel like i can lift forever but my body literally couldnt lift one more weight no matter how hard i try.

i just hope others get the same results.

yea but it isnt NO-Xplode. so dont think if that stuff sucks NO-Xplode will too.

I wake up at 5, take all my supplements by 5:30 at the gym by 6:30. I have an hour for all the stuff to settle in, I am at the gym until 7:30. By that time I cannot lift any more. Same as you, I feel no pain, but cannot physically lift anything anymore.

I have been reading this thread and just digesting it all. You say you take all your supps before you work out? I would not take protien before you work out. It will slow you down cause your system will start to digest.

And if you lift to failure that is good but not all the time. You need to change it up your muscles have memory.

NO explode I have taken. I find that after a couple of weeks it stops being effective. MOre of its in your head type of deal. I think you need to cycle on and off that stuff. I try and get about 50 grms of protien per meal and per shake.

I work out at 5am. then right after work out i drink my protien. then hour later i eat breakfast. I eat oatmean. Then about 2 hours later I eat my yogurt and some berries. Then before lunch i drink my protien shake.
Lunch i eat 4 chicken breasts with some brown rice or sweet potatoes. Then between lunch and dinner i have some cashews or some natural peanutbutter and a apple or pear.. i eat dinner chicken or beef or other lean meats aroudn 5ish.I hit the gym around 8ish for a 2nd time then drink my protien before bed.

This is extreme. But effective for me. They key for me has always been diet. Diet Diet. You can suck down all the protien and creatine and anything else that is the flavor of the month but the only real way to put on size and muscle is to eat and lift. And when you lift lift big.

sheesh, my protein comes before bed. I do not like working out with a stomach full of water,creatine,protein, blah blah blah. Sit ups make me wanna puke.

Before bed is key. Your muscles grow the most when you are sleeping....
