after reading this..i have come to the comclusion the i need to get in shape..i dont do anything in the morning but sit around..when i was boxing i was feeling alot better and more active..and since i left it.i become down..so its time for me to join a gym....holla.

actually have used that.. and it works very well with a great workout.. just be consistent with ur workouts.. dont take shortcuts.. and u will see results with any suppliment.. or not...

So I tried the Nitrix with Xplode this morning, 3 pills crushed into my Xplode. I cant say I felt much of anything.. it says 14-21 days to get full effect and thats with taking them everyday 3 times a day.

Then between lunch and dinner i have some cashews or some natural peanutbutter and a apple or pear.. i eat dinner chicken or beef or other lean meats aroudn 5ish.I hit the gym around 8ish for a 2nd time then drink my protien before bed. This is extreme. But effective for me. They key for me has always been diet. Diet Diet. You can suck down all the protien and creatine and anything else that is the flavor of the month but the only real way to put on size and muscle is to eat and lift. And when you lift lift big. |
sheesh, my protein comes before bed. I do not like working out with a stomach full of water,creatine,protein, blah blah blah. Sit ups make me wanna puke.
