I talked with Thomas and he said it sounded like a cable problem. I'm hoping to hookup to another linked DSM and see if it works...

You don't use a KeySpan, do you?

Fun fact I just found out:
UK Spec 2G N/A Eclipses came equipped with a 4G63. Not a 420A.

Would any dsmer's be interested in a fully built 2g gsx part out? FULL carbon fiber. EVERY part of the car is c/f other then the rear 1/4's.... I'm going to either be listing it shortly, Or parting the entire car out in pieces. Every piece is flawless and has almost no miles.

kev92 01-19-2011 09:33 AM

hey guys new here from browns mills. I cant wait for the car meets to start back up i used to go to the best buy meets till that stopped. cant wait to see more dsm's out their.

evil4g63eagle 01-19-2011 04:06 PM

ROB c/f 2g pieces wheres your head at you know im a sucker for c/f. What hood is it? Are you including the hood pins/latches whatever style you used and are they painted? Id be interested in fenders and hood possibly the wing as long as its auth cf and not cheap overlay.

EklipzGSXkid 01-19-2011 04:59 PM

Not too much, Nick. I'm 1/2 way through swapping a Colt with my little cousin. How's the Spyder running?

knochgoon24 01-20-2011 03:51 AM

I was going to get dirty this weekend, but 16° isn't be best conditions for installing a new suspension when the garage is unheated. :( I was hoping to at least get the new suspension bushings pressed in.

I really should update my build thread. A few interesting changes have happened since last time. And I have a pile of parts sitting in a box ready to go on. I just wish the weather would cooperate.

HaveBlue83 01-20-2011 07:57 AM

mines covered in snow, she's sleepin.

I got my shelf with the 16g parts ready to go for spring. I also have to do a timing belt and prolly Front main seal job on it.

anyone recommend a good tuner for philly/SE Pa area? i heard good vibes and one other is good. I have linkV3, and I'm thinkin having someone else do it may be easier than me trying since my laptops wont connect with my ECU.

Mentioned it to you a bunch of times, K.P. Tuning will hook it up. lol
If you got working link, wideband, and a properly running car he'll make you good power on the 16g without issue. Street tune or can set something up with the local dyno shop if you want numbers.

kev92 01-20-2011 04:38 PM

yup its me lol. thats good to hear about the stuff gettin installed soon, you will love the 16g. I love mine i just need a tune real bad along with a throttle body.

I gained like 10whp/29tq on a dynojet after making like 3 adjustments on a safc2 on the t25 ;)

I can only think of 2 other people in the area that i'd be willing to let tune my car/help me with my car. 1 of them being Nick (assault187), who is good friends with Karl (K.P.) anyway so thats best advice i can give you.
