2005 Salice Salentino - Riserva

It smells really good.

jpalamar 05-13-2010 05:19 PM

Do you use white or red wine on pork? I do alot of seafood with white wines. I know steak is red. Got no clue about the swine though.

No problem, i broke a bone in my face 3 weeks ago, so, the feeling of being hit in the face with a hammer is quite understandable.

DPancoast 05-14-2010 12:57 AM

lownslow95 05-14-2010 02:15 AM

Stop getting mushroom stamped by porn guys and you will feel better

On a side note, its Friday!!! Have a busy weekend. Gotta draw up plans to redo a retaining wall and build a small flower bed over it. Estimate how big a truck of mulch is neded for the whole house. Paint some things and re-arrange the spare bedroom so we can put our old couch up there. Should be enough room for the counch, a TV stand, bed, and computer desk. New furnature will be her Wed. Can't wait. Other then that, doing an oil change in the GTO and dropping the Talon off for inspection so it is road worthy.

I had the worst dream this morning. I dreamt that Frankie got out of the house, chased another dog and was hit by a car. Terrible.

you're supposed to base it off the color of the meat. white meat, white wine. well, at least with drinking it...

so, pig = white wine... and cat = white wine

jpalamar 05-14-2010 09:54 AM

Oh Ken, sorry to be a PITA, but I am getting calling into a regional call today that was unscheduled. I probally won't be able to make it today, but I can drop them off this weekend no proboem.
