Ford's Speshul Vehikle Teem didn't make my car, nice try though. i 'd

Actually I forgot you run a parachute and such. AND you're a pro racer. With both of those combined I bet you could get away with no insurance!

I was thinking I would be better off replacing the "1" on the "Mach 1" badge with a "2". That should make it twice as fast right? Since 2 is twice as big as 1...

You mean racing or street racing? I heard that with an SCCA membership you can actually get insurance discounts...I don't understand the logic behind that though.

SCCA runs "drivers education" events that could in theory make you a safer street driver. I don't remember reading about any insurance discounts though and I'm sure as hell not getting one. All I got was a bunch of stickers in the mail and a sweet SCCA membership card I carry around to make it look like I can actually drive worth two sh!ts.

CLEANNEON!!! You are a legend man..Look what StateFarm is using as the new advertisement.

nah i race lmsc's and since me being 18 and havin 8 yrs driving experience my insurance has a bit of a higher rate till i turn 21 then it goes to normal showing that i can prove that i know the difference of me being on the race track and on the street.

I'm 20 so I know how it is dealing with their age bracketing, it really isn't a perfect system but we just gotta deal with it.

Agreed, but at the same time they could say that people take the HPDE or race auto-x and track to be faster drivers on the street. That's why I said I don't understand the logic because it could really work both ways.
