The insurance company wants to give me $2200 for my car and thats insane. Main reasoning is because I had the carpet and panels out to be cleaned at the time of the accident and they're deducting $1500 from my settlement based on that.

I said no, retard why the **** would i do that if i had the carpets out to be cleaned, that makes absolutely no sense. He also told me that he could have another car painted durango copper pearl for $500 so thats why color isnt an issue here and i laughed at him. this is gonna be a dog fight.

I had been rear ended 4 different times with my one car i owned. yeah thats right ONE car. The last time it was totalled and i stripped all the **** off and put all my stock parts back on i actually made out. Thats why i always keep my stock parts.

Do yous still have reciepts from the paint job? I was pretty sure they had to compensate equally for stuff like that.

It's stock paint, not aftermarket. And this is MY insurance company, not his.
