I discovered today that we have one fork in my entire work. I decided I am going to keep it in my desk so no one else can use it.

It sucks working in North East Philly, but its cool at the same time. I work for a rental company, and I just found out that three of our cars just got impounded for making drug sales out of them. So now I have to go down with the manager and pick up the car at the impound lot. YAY for stupid ass people.

What can be done for the following situation?

I went to a bar, received the worst service ever. My tab was 15.85 and due to the level of horrible service I left a .15 cent tip, rounded my check to 16 and left. Yes, it was that bad. I just checked my statement and the over the hill a$$hole bartender left himself a $5 dollar tip, my statement read $20.85. I called, coincidentally enough I think it was him I was talking to. He said fax it in, and said I was making it tough for him to be nice about the situation :screwy:

I want to know, other than getting my money back, this is technically theft, although the amount is small, this is a restaurant stealing $5 from me. Tips are not mandatory and they stole $5 from me. What can be done to really sort of say f. u. to this dude?

PS It was the FARMHOUSE IN DOYLESTOWN, NEVER GO THERE!!!

Make a police report. Then **** 'em.

Could I? Hmm....I'll have trouble deciding whether to do that, or give them a shot first at making it up.

A call from the police scares anyone, and once its made, it's on record so they can be ****ed later if it gets reported again. You'll get your money back.

But I say give them a shot at giving you your money back first.

the farmhouse?

you're best bet is to report it to the manager, they'll keep an eye on people.

Restaurants in D-town don't want their patrons getting stolen from. They will fire employees for that
