I think he should just keep bumping this thread til he gets his graphs. You know, keep this thread at the top of their page. They can post all the ads they want, but as long as the top thread in their forum is a negative review... aint nobody gonna be buyin their crap.

On a serious note, I know it's been said before (and several times for that matter), but it's pretty clear you're not going to get the graphs. I also agree with what's been said that customer service is just as important as the products/services that are offered by a company. Unfortunately, this company clearly has zero.

And here's what gets me the most, I can understand if a company is a vendor on here but rarely comes on to the site. I can understand how a thread like this would be overlooked...AT FIRST. But once the owner acknowledges the thread and is made aware there is a problem, no further recourse took place.

I have no time or money invested in this company, nor ****ing will I, but this frustrates the **** out of nonetheless.

Quite being a bunch of lazy ****ers!!! Either refund his money or give him another 3 pulls with graphs free of charge. But at the absolute ****ing least, admit you guys ****ed up and don't know how to properly use a PC!

It sounds like these guys are just ruining their reputation as a shop.

I second that notion. Usually lights a fire under their ass if they care at all about their reputation.

He wasnt even pissed off! He was extremely respectful, and not pushy at all. More than patient. Its a shame they cant even treat their GOOD customers properly.

One thing to keep in mind. They haven't been online in 7 days. Not that I am taking sides, but it should be known. You should really be calling them too.

I think the graphs were deleted, and there just not admitting it. If i were the vendor, I would just say hey come back in for a free run to make up for the graph. NO big deal and everyone would be happy and the shop reputation would be in good standing.
