i'm going on vacation next week, but my engine management finally showed up the otehr day so when i get home it's go time...

soooo

i spent a good deal of time working on this last weekend.

i've went a different route with a lot of things, but it's slowly coming together.

mainly, the brake setup will be different and the engine will be a bit more reasonable for boost than the 2.7L was.

working on it really sparked motivation to see the car together again.

jon, i'm honestly up in the air right now..

I have a bored kl block ready for building, i'd just need to buy some internals...

but i might just throw a stock kl in for awhile as i'll be ready with the rest of the car before the funds come in for that.. for old times sake.

I'm focusing more on building the 240 into a track car, the vette as my baller ride, and the probe... i just want back together as it was in it's prime, before the effects of boost took over, and the paint went to hell...

and i own 5 vehicles at the moment...i need to get rid of a few.

this car has been on the back burner for too long.

The car should be making some serious progress this week and i'll have photos to back that up!

I was really missing it, and everywhere i go people remember me as the guy with that turbo probe....granted they notice the vette then figure out who i am but still. I want to drive this thing around again!!!

I made some serious progress today.

the red car is nearly ready to have the new stuff dropped in, i'll be starting the re-assembly process tomorrow
