On of the ladys I work with went to Dunkin' Donuts to get a coffee and a bagel...45 minutes ago and still isn't back. DD is a 1/2 mile down the road from us.

man im bored. also i dont have the attention span or memory to be in a book club. anything i read i usually forget within a week, if not sooner depending on the topic and how interested i am. plus i wouldnt make time to read

word... be very very quiet about this because it's not 100% yet, but it looks like i may be getting a promotion shortly... i was just asked by the guy whose position i would take if i wanted it and that he was being given rein to pick who it would be.

i think there will be talks today and tomorrow regarding that. i'm certainly due a move... this would be a nice one into management, but i would be said not to be programming at work any more, but i need to move somewhere in this company. i'm not happy... more money would make me happy though lol... kinda cool and somewhat exciting. i think my enthusiasm for work may be renewed after this.

doubtful. it'll make things easier for me because i'll be busy for a change. but it'll be meetings and looking at projects. fortunately the guys i'd be in charge of have been here for a while and from my understanding are good at their job. so i don't think they'll be any trouble.

my review is tomorrow, which is where i think the official offer will be made. not sure what my raise would be though... 6 figures would be nice haha, but highly highly unlikely
