imo evanesance and paramore are 2 totally different types of music but thats just me.

Evanesance was never good and it sucks they got big because of their mediocore female singer with limited tone and range. its like a dumbed down version of melodic numetal but worse with an attempt to have like this tragic drama sound to what they play.

Paramore at least has talent as a whole and the vocals actually go with the music and harmonize better. Halestorm is the same way. Her vocals fit the music. Evanesance sucks lol.

Sorry.... I really hate some of the bands out there because they really blow...

Trance vocals are amazing sometimes but again, its another style of music.

Where did that come from? I like Evanescence with the song she did awhile ago with the Linkin Park guys and another song I can't remember, but other than that not much from her.

I found this new thing someone told me about called Grooveshark.com. Basically just download songs onto a playlist that is saves, but you can't burn it.

Oh and for the record. Im not putting down the fact that she can play piano. thats cool and all, and i respect anyone that can play and sing, but again, i hate their sound as a whole and dont see why everyone jumped on their nuts when they came out because there were plenty of female rock singers before her... Its nothing new

My dad gets annoyed with his Sirius/xm radio now that they've merged. He has two cars that both came stock with the xm radio. And previously had an Envoy with the system as well. He never had an issue in the Envoy unless he was under a tunnel or in our garage where weak signals were expected. In both if his cars now, he loses signal driving on open roads or on roads with little tree cover. It was almost as annoying as normal radio static. they better ge their act together.

she just feels the need to move in and take over the place. i don't know what she bitched at them for, but she's been up me and my roommates ass from day one. she asked my roommate to move his work truck because it ruined "the scenery". there is NO scenery at my apartment. and it's not in her spot so hes definitely not moving it. she's just a total bitch.

i'm not renewing though after the 6 month free trial is up... and now i'm stuck with the antenna on my trunk, which means there is a hole in my trunk if i remove it. i need to find myself a trunk from a car without the antenna. if i wasn't a stickler for keeping the original parts i'd just trade with someone that wants it.

My mom got sirius when it was by itself one time, a couple years ago, it was alright in my opinion, but I'm good with just the normal radio.

I got a sirius subscription when howard stern went to satellite radio. now that i have been listening to it for 4 years i find it impossible to liten to AM/FM radio. Between the commercials, bad reception, repition of music, and jokes that have to comply to FCC standards, i am happy to pay for something that i feel like is a good product.

i've noticed an incredible amount of repetition with music on satellite though.

I hate am/fm as well and refuse to listen to it b/c it sucks.

but considering my car accepts external storage devices via the usb port... i'm probably going to become a criminal and download even more music to stuff on a thumb drive and plug that into my car. i've already got about 7 gigs on a drive in the car now that i need to clear and put some new stuff on.

ultimately, i'd love to get a solid state HD in a year or so when the prices drop and the memory is a decent amount and just leave that in the car

I won't pay for radio when I can download it free. All I need is Preston and Steve in the morning which I can listen to on the radio, stream online, or pod cast if needed, the rest is mostly music I downloaded.

My neighbor at my old appartment was like that because I would use 2 parking spots, one for my car and one for my bike. I understand that I put my bike in a good spot but only so it is close to the building and in the light. Alot easier to steal if I were to put it in the darker end away from everything. I just told her t f' off because I am allowed 2 cars per my lease.
