21 to buy a pistol in PA. If you pass the background check while you try to buy the gun you can take it home. You dont need a license to buy a gun. If you want to carry the pistol as a concealed weapon you need to get a permit. You can get that from your county office or local police.

at this point im open, but i really like that revolver i was telling you about. shooting this weekend may change that but who knows.
