i used to get it bad. but eating an actual breakfast lunch and dinner with healthy snacks mixed in between caused that issue to go away.

of course, i've gotten lazy with eating breakfast and a healthy lunch and it has since come back on occasion

diet is a HUGE part of it. as well as excersizing. i know since im a lazy piece of ****. and when i concentrate on those things, i feel 100x's better.

DPancoast 01-26-2010 02:49 PM

yoohoo is ftw

also cheesecurls nomnomnom

I'll be on xbox for the majority of the night. I race clean in forza online but not against the computer (unless my buddy and i doosh it up and crash on purpose lol... but we got over that already).

Anyway cell battery is dying so im gonna let it charge at my desk

Talk to you jerks later

it is. i eat well when i'm working out and my acid reflux went away 100% and i felt a ton better. but i'm lazy too lol... i hate the cold and i pretty much refuse to go out at 6am to the gym when its freezing out

but i think eating healthy and eating at the appropriate times will get rid of that acid reflux completely or at least mostly get rid it

I used to have acid reflux. It was caused by pepsi. Unbelievably pepsi aggravated it for me but not coke. But that's long since gone since I stopped drinking soda entirely.

Same here lol. It's just hard to eat right when I don't have much time for lunch during the work day, and don't eat real well for dinner cuz I'm not hungry until 8-9pm since I eat lunch around 1:30-2pm.

Wawa chocolate milk is fantastical. They have a new similarly sized frappucino competitor... It's not good.

poor excuse :)

you always have time for lunch, i don't care what an employer says... its the law. cook a bunch of stuff up on the weekend or buy food the thaws quickly.

tuna steak frozen will thaw out in cold water in about an hour w/ 20 minute water changes.

or stop off at the grocery store and pick up a steak or thin cut thicken and toss it in the fridge. steak cooks in about 10 minutes total. thin cut chicken the same. buy frozen veggies in steam packs... 12-15 minutes you've got steak and veggies for dinner.

it also takes 5 minutes to make a sandwich in the morning for work and about 2 minutes to eat it lol

yes, i'm lazy too and don't follow my own advice enough haha

People do over estimate how long it takes to make food. I make fresh meals everynight when I come home in less then 30 minutes.

CHAOS 01-26-2010 02:59 PM
