looks like you're doing a small all-grain batch. not something i've done by myself. its pretty easy though. just make sure you follow directions and pay attention to temperature. all the science happens at specific temps, too hot and there isn't enough conversion of the starches to sugars, too much and something else bad happens but i can't remember what exactly |
Yeah Celica for a lot of highway driving I wouldn't recommend 4.10s, but that's just me. 4.10s on N/A and autos work so well. Although I'd probably have to switch out my lowering springs which I don't want to do. We will see how the traction part plays out.
