I went to the range and fired my G23 and my buddies G17. i havent shot the 23 in forever and didnt hit **** lol. the 17 felt like a lil toy but was def accurate. the 23 is def snappier. IF the G21's weren't so damn brickish I'd have one of them instead. I'll weigh my options on what I will do. I've had the G23 since about 2009.

I also took my new Trijicon Reflex out on the AR......WOW. just wow. it's amazing. My AR is setup perfect now. All i want in the future is a Leatherwood CMR 1-4 for distance work.

I'm now selling my Aimpoint H-1 micro if anyone is interested ;)

Like 3 months ago maybe longer. We shot it there before but the last time my brother went shooting there he kinda cleared the range with it(extremely loud). Could be because it is a machine gun too.

Haha that was probably quite a sight. We cleared the range out once with a 338.. Had the windows vibrating in the frames

Haha yea. I'm guessing its because its a machine gun.

not to +1 up but back in 2009 near the Connowingo dam in Hartford, Co MD we went shooting with a buddy......we had a .50bmg bolt got I was zeroing for someone, 2 AK's, an AR, a S/A 1919A4 and the .50 going for 30min until a park ranger drive up the driveway and "asked" us to please lay off the .50 because "people think there's a war going on down here"

LMFAO.

My buddy had a friend in the call center. We were told: "we got 49 calls from two counties, on both sides of the Susq. river"

:D

I originally bought a Glock 21 to carry for work. I was told I was unable to carry .45 for various reasons. I had a Glock 19 and traded it for a g27, as I wanted something to deep conceal. So I bought a Glock 22 to go with the 27.

I realize I should have kept the 19 as I just like it better. I had a few offers to trade the 22 for a 23 but haven't jumped on the offers yet. I think my asking price is pretty fair.

Asking 450 for a nearly mint Glock 22, gen 4 with night sights and 3 mags. I'll also throw around 100 rounds in too. 50 Winchester ranger t series and around 50 target rounds.

Classic pistol will let you shoot that inside.. I've shot .338 there, but not 100yds... For outdoor just find someone that's a member somewhere and kiss their ass to let you come shoot, that's what I do with svickstc

Anyone have a few dozen acres I can dick around on? :D

Dude let's roll out there one day. Not like I'm going to be shooting a 50bmg out there lol. Just looking for a nice place to zero my scope at about 100 yards. Nothing too crazy.

I belong to a range in Langhorne that goes all the way to 300m IIRC. Might be able to tag you along.

2g Talon 12-11-2012 06:27 PM

That's awesome. Haveblue, if you do get some time just let me know, I know the holidays are pretty nuts.

Where in langhorn? I'm not familiar with that area, also what are the requirements at their facility?

I may actually take you up on that if the offer still stands. That range looks like a place I would most likely try to become a member at. Very nice looking facility!

It's not exactly the easiest place to become a member, and they are almost at their cap IIRC.
